Scott The Engineer Pays Off Bet In
Bra & Panties!
During yesterday's show, Howard made a bet with
Scott the Engineer over the American League playoffs. Scott said that the
Yankees would win and as a result of their loss last night, Scott had to
walk up and down 56th street in New York City this morning dressed in a
thong, bra, panties, garter belt and high heels, topped off by a big dunce
cap.
When Scott poured onto the street in his robe, he was met by fans, hecklers
and the police who cheered and jeered him on his march. The results of which
were seen on E!
