Stern Says He's Done With Dobbies!
It seems that the stress and pressure of being one of the nation's
most visible radio personalities, topped off with the added responsibilities
of acting in the leading role of "Private Parts" has lead to
Howard's partaking of the Demon Weed. As with most people who smoked pot
in their teens and 20s, paranoia began to affect Howard, making the act
of smoking a doobie unpleasurable. But, according to recent remarks by
Howard, the occasional bone was helping him relax during his time off while
making "Private Parts".
Howard has been vocal on the legalization of illegal drugs such as
pot and coke, and in years past has kept his distance from these substances
as part of his holistic approach towards life. Now that the movie shooting
is over, Howard says he's done with doobies. "I'm
not doing it anymore", he insisted on Wednesday's show.
A doubtful Robin challenged him on that by reminding him that he has to
get through the weekend first, then he can claim that.
